What is TealCo.net?

TealCo is a small, family-owned business, not a franchise or a subdivision of another company. We specialize in our own brand of glow in the dark sports balls and custom, full-color printing on them for a very low cost.  Soon we will offer other brands of sports balls with custom print.

TealCo does not have a retail store or a showroom; all of TealCo’s business is currently done only through mail and the internet at this time. But we are real people who really do want to make our customers satisfied!

TealCo has been in business since 2002. We started our online store in 2004.

How does TealCo.net get most of its customers?

We used to advertise in magazines and on TV, but most of our business comes by word of mouth and from repeat customers. TealCo attracts customers by offering the lowest prices possible on our products and services, and making people feel safe and secure shopping with us. Our loyal customer base and repeat business is due to our fast shipping as well as the care and dedication we put into every order. Good products, good prices, and good service are our best qualities!

Does TealCo sell customer information to telemarketers or junk mailers?

Nope. Never. TealCo.net is 100% SPAM and telemarketing-free.

Does TealCo.net accept returns?

Yes! We accept returns of defective products within 30 days of their delivery date and exchange the item or refund the purchase price. Shipping and handling and custom printing are non-refundable.

What shipping service do you use?

We currently use only the Unites States Postal Service. PLEASE USE A DELIVERY ADDRESS THAT THE USPS (United States Postal Service) DELIVERS TO.

Do your packages have tracking numbers?

Yes. All of out packages have USPS tracking numbers.

Domestic orders- how long do packages take to arrive?

MOST orders within the USA arrive within 3-7 days, but that is not guaranteed. Priority Mail is faster than First Class/Parcel Post, especially to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. ** Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not business days, and orders placed late in the day cannot be shipped until the following day, as USPS gathers packages only once daily. Also, if you order a package on a Saturday or Sunday, it probably won’t be mailed until Monday.

International Orders- how long do packages take to arrive?

*** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are impossible to predict delivery time for.***

Some countries, like BRAZIL, FRANCE, MEXICO and GERMANY, can take a very long time to process imported packages through Customs. We have no control over that. We do not use UPS because, although it is faster, it is 5 times more costly and merchandize often gets damaged or broken. Also, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DO NOT HAVE TRACKING NUMBERS. We will not take responsibility for lost mail after it leaves the USA as we have no control over how packages are handled and delivered by the internal mailing system of the International customer’s country.
