We used to advertise in magazines, most notably DISCOVER, but most of our business comes by word of mouth and from repeat customers. We also are mentioned and linked to here and there all over the internet and rank well on all the major search engines. We attract customers by offering the lowest prices possible on our products and making people feel safe and secure shopping with us. Our loyal customer base and repeat business is due to our fast shipping as well as the care and dedication we put into every order so our customers will be 100% satisfied. Does TealCo sell customer information to telemarketers or junk mailers?
No. Never. TealCo.net is 100% SPAM-free.
Does TealCo.net accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns of defective products within 30 days of their delivery date and exchange the item or refund the purchase price. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Electronic products are not returnable for refund, only exchange. All non-defective products that are returned for a refund/exchange must be unused and in resalable condition, and dog collars must still have their tags on them in order to be exchanged for a different size. (Please measure around your dog's neck before ordering.)

What shipping service do you use?
We currently use only the Unites States Postal Service. PLEASE USE A DELIVERY ADDRESS THAT THE USPS (United States Postal Service) DELIVERS TO.
Do your packages have tracking numbers?
No, USPS does not offer tracking numbers except for Express packages.
Domestic orders- how long do packages take to arrive?
MOST orders within the USA arrive within 3-7 days, but that is not guaranteed. Priority Mail is faster than First Class/Parcel Post, especially to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. ** Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not business days, and orders placed late in the day cannot be shipped until the following day, as USPS gathers packages only once daily. Also, if you order a package on a Saturday or Sunday, it probably won't be mailed until Monday.
International Orders- how long do packages take to arrive?
*** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are impossible to predict delivery time for.***
Some countries, like BRAZIL, FRANCE, MEXICO and GERMANY, can take a very long time to process imported packages through Customs. We have no control over that. We do not use UPS because, although it is faster, it is 5 times more costly and merchandize often gets damaged or broken. Also, International Orders do not have tracking numbers. We will not take responsibility for lost mail after it leaves the USA as we have no control over how packages are handled and delivered by the internal mailing system of the International customer's native country.
